supplecient frame time to digest before napping. Try to avoid drinking beverages for multiple hours earlier than drowsing so that you do not wake up within the nighttime just to move pee. In my case, I frequently discover myself thirsty right before I go to sleep. So in place of have a full (or maybe half of) glass of something, I just have some sips of water... Sufficient to quench my thirst, but now not sufficient to fill my bladder. I actually have heard (however no longer confirmed) that eating a usually more healthy diet will also help you sleep better. The principle at the back of this is that the healthier you consume, the much less damage your body has to try to restoration at night whilst you are snoozing. Personally, I
