My daughter uses a gait trainer to get around and it has been wonderful since she got it this past summer. Finally she is able to go where she wants when she wants. Its a bit limited but she's figured out how to get around furniture. It has helped with a bit of her motor skills as she has learned how to open drawers and throw everything out of them. She also started wanting her privacy (she's 2 1/2) and she will go into her room and play with her toys (that I've already placed on a table that are at her level). If I open the door to take a peek, she will get mad. LOL!!! Little girls and their tantrums.
