Losing lower ab fat, with cerebral palsy?

Postby johnberg6001 » Sat Jan 01, 2011 7:24 am

Hi, i currently do a fairly ridiculus amount of ab work, every other day. about 600 crutches in total but split between 5-6 different excercises ( which are varied by what i feel that day). i have a four pack alreadyand should definitely already have a six pack....i have cp and use crutches,so i cannot yet do fast cardio (over 2.0 mph), i could go slower for longer periods of time.

Hi. Maybe you should have some extra nutrition or maybe special supplement. Anyway in your case I would advise uoy to use some extra meds. I can look up here for something https://www.imedix.com/pharmacy-reviews/alldaychemist-com. So good luck.
