hie. my 8 year old so with cp wont sleep at night. he is wide awake whatever time i check on him. right through the night. usually he sleeps through the night but once in a while, this problem of not sleeping occurs. im very worried. how can i help him.as i write its 12.47 and hes still wide awake. he isnt fussy or anything like that. hes just quiet.

He should consult a specialist doctor and must take medication for that. As my father used to have insomnia and he couldn’t sleep for hours after taking sleeping pills as well. But then one of the samedayessay doctors prescribed him good medicine and now he is fine.
