Interesting fundraiser for Shriners

Found a very interesting fundraiser for Shriners Hospitals for Children. The site links to popular shopping sites and has proceeds from your purchase donated to Shriners Hospitals for Children. Just think it's great for the holiday season. its at the site LetsUnify

Did Shriners Hospital have any major renovations or investments over the last few years? Just trying to gauge the general state of the hospital.
